I bought this rod in November from Gerrys the build is spot on and the color on the whippings is metallic red not the pink shown in the website picture’s which is much better. The rod suited to medium rough ground and very nice to cast. In the right hands it will send a lead a lot further then I can cast. fishing wise I cannot fault it and as I got mine in the sale I am very happy!

Excellent value lure, given that you can now pay the best part of £30 for a single lure. Casts well and has quite a subtle sliding action which worked well for me last year in calmish conditions.

Absolutely love this rod. Distance is amazing. Fast action but confident when there’s a good bend in the rod. Really worked this rod hard and about to order a spare for my grandson to borrow. Cannot fault it.
