Wanting to return an item?
You are welcome to return any unwanted items within 30 days for a full refund. They need to be returned as new in the original packaging. The postage cost back to us is at your cost.
If the item is faulty. We are happy to deal with any item that is faulty within the warranty period of the product.
Some products are repaired, others are replaced when the return is accepted. We will be in touch.
Returns postage is refunded if the item is covered under warranty. Please note, we do not refund premium postage services. If you need help choosing a service, please drop us an email.
